Genesys Integration Technical Lead
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Genesys Integration Technical Lead.

Role:
- Neutral technical instance to review setup (new set of eyes') besides IT, Infrastructure and 3rd party vendor
- Ensure a neutral view of the current and target set up for the Multichannel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, IT/Telephony and third-party vendor
- Reduce knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor
Skills:
- 10 years of experience as Technical Solution architect or Software engineer
- Excellent experience about Genesys solution with deep technical knowledge
- Excellent experience in how-to integrate Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- Excellent analyst identifying problems and shortcomings considering future risk situations
- Flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
- Able to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management
- Fluent in German and English
