Project Manager - Digital Governance Framework wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in a relevant field along with several years' work experience as a Project Manager, ideally across methodologies
- Grasp of compliance and legal tasks within IT environments is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills to handle work streams which operate with different methodologies beside the ability to work well under pressure and on multiple and conflicting priorities
- Competence to facilitate smooth collaboration with various partners together with a strong commitment to quality and timely customer service
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Managing the "Digital Governance Framework" project applying agile methodology
- Establishing an overall project plan to ensure timely delivery of a MVP and coordinating approx. 30 contributors and stakeholders from all over the organization
- Implementing and maintaining a communication and adoption plan
- Bringing structure into inextricably complex settings and improving the framework in an agile manner
