About the role:

The Cost Code Administration (CCA) is responsible for the prices to affiliates and third party customers as well as for the supplier prices and entering them into
JD Edwards (JDE) and SAP systems. Furthermore, CCA is responsible for all Global Master Data en-tries for new product articles in JDE and maintaining any changes required.
The Cost Code Administrator will be primarily involved in the setup of Custom-Pak master files in JD Edwards including supplier and intercompany prices as well as billing material and customer prices.
Secondarily, she/he will be responsible for Price Voucher Authorization process (PAV) for third party customers, collect related price approvals from Area/Regional management and Area Finance and ensure compliance with the PAV procedure.
Major Accountabilities:

. The Global Master Data setup for all Custom Paks into JDEdwards including supplier price and intercompany transfer Prices. Custom Pak master files also include Cost of Goods sold (COGS), Unit of Measure, Bill of Material and Customer Price
. Maintenance of Custom Pak master files via Diner Program.
. Responsible for the calculation and input of Intercompany Transfer Price requests in JDE and SAP/OPEX
. Responsible for 3rd-party price administration (Price Authorization Vouchers) and input into the JDE System and SAP/OPEX (as of mid-2018)
. Collection and maintenance of supplier prices in JDE for all products sold
. Collecting related approvals from Area Regional Management and Area Finance
. Responsible for opening and maintenance of article master data files for the company and 3rd-party manufactured products in JDE including Cost of Goods sold, unit of measure and Transfer Price to affiliates.
. Issue and provide price list for distributors and Export Markets
. Support Area Finance in customer price related tasks
. Support in various projects related to Finance and Supply Chain
. Perform back-up during vacation periods in the CCA department

Requirements:

Education (minimum/desirable):

  • Commercial apprentice degree, Business School Diploma

Experience:

  • VERY IMPORTANT is 1-2 years' experience in Administrative Functions in an international organization.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools in particular Excel.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or SAP.

Languages:

  • VERY IMPORTANT is the fluent in English skills (written and spoken),
    knowledge in German and/or French;
  • Another language is a plus.
