PMO - Rollout/Wealth Holistic Advice wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Experienced Project Manager in the financial industry
- Great communication skills, especially with management
- Competency to provide a management adequate level of presentations and documents
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, French and Italian is a plus
Your tasks:
- Providing presentations and documents in addition to monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages
- Coordinating meetings, calls and video conferences, meeting minutes
- Supporting communication with stakeholders, coordination with other projects and Quality Assurance
- Managing special tasks in consultation with Rollout Manager
