Application Service Manager with profound Jira, Confluence and Jive knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in Application Service Management or deputy role, preferably in IT
- Good knowledge of team tools such as Jira, Confluence and Jive
- Systems analysis experience with proficiency in reporting tools like Spotfire
- Familiarity with logistics along with compliance systems experience
- Strong communication skills with a customer and quality focused mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing scientific support, problem management and operational oversight in applications for Transport and Trade Management to enable scientists to gain maximum value from the product
- Training users and helping to exploit the product to solve new problems and support new processes and workflows
- Identifying recurring incidents and frequent requests ad well as providing self-service or first-line-supporter solutions
- Creating change request tickets while collaborating with other teams on shared data between two systems
- Coordinating root cause analysis while handling problem management and prioritising problems
- Tracking progress document results, monitoring and reporting
