My client is a global organisation active in manufacturing. As part of an ongoing global transformation program from SAP to SuccessFactors, a need has emerged for two consultants on organisational change/HR change management as the workload increases for the HR operations teams.

Start: ASAP
Duration: Initially 6 months with extension
Capacity: full time, minimal remote work
SuccessFactors Business Consultant (Change Management/Training/Super User). Knows to advanced level how SAP HR and SF works, can help write down work instructions on SF and map out user level integration stories and how process integrations work between SAP HR and SF. Will support with work instructions on systematic procedures: Interview users, capture their operational queries and understand their knowledge & needs. Document this, use same to develop training plan and deliver training to staff.
