Senior Business Analyst (Legal Disclaimers and Information)
On behalf of our client, a private bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Legal Disclaimers and Information).

Role:
- Re-structure the legal information & disclaimer within the Investment publications & formats
- Design a system-guided global approval process for new investment publication
- Collect information on:
- existing legal disclaimers and legal information within the relevant investment publications (focus Advisory Solutions)
- respective legal information and disclaimer maintenance processes and tools
- Existing legal approval process for new or changed investment publication formats
- Analyse business requirements together with relevant stakeholders
- Design the new concept on how
- legal disclaimers and legal information need to be structured in order to be reused in all relevant investment publication format globally
- the legal content needs to be maintained in the new IT solution (CMS)
- publication formats are approved globally by legal units (distribution scope) and design target workflow
- specify the IT requirements (incl. Metadata Modelling)
- Coordinate the IT implementation of the legal content & processes
- Manage the change process within the relevant business and legal teams
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders in Legal, IT, CRO and within Advisory Solutions
- Assist in the preparation of support material and create the relevant documentation
Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in the area of content management solutions and relevant IT design/processes in an international set-up
- Solid knowledge of the Wealth Management: investment products and services, research & advisory processes, regulatory (MIFID & MAD/MAR) in particular in the area of financial marketing/investment recommendations, risk management, valuation concepts
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to document business set-up and governance and processes
- High degree of familiarity with projects in a complex context
- Negotiation skills
- Able to present/articulate
- Fluent in English, German strongly preferred
