ServiceNow Processes & Tools Deployment Lead - PM

Leading global Pharma client require a ServiceNow Processes & Tools (P&T) Deployment Lead to enable readiness of the functions and to drive the deployment of the new processes & tools in the receiving functions, coordinating all efforts of functions' experts' teams and ensuring readiness for go-live with support from functions' Service Excellence and Service Operations leads.

Envisaged assignment period is from 3-Apr-2018 until 31-Dec-2018 on 100% base.

Role Description:
=============
* Accountable for deployment readiness and driving the deployment of the new processes and tools in the receiving Functions
* Coordinate all efforts of functions' experts' teams and ensure readiness for go-live with support from functions' Service Excellence and Service Operations leads
* Define resourcing needs for deployment team and team structure
* Accountable for the following work streams across the receiving Functions:
Service modelling and simulations, data cleansing and migration, cutover, training, war room, interim and vendor's ways of working, user access and related deliverables and strategies as per ICE methodologies and project plan
* Coordinate the involvement of functions' personnel from IT, Business, and Vendors associates who are part of the project and change management activities
* Tight integration with the other project work streams: especially Product, Core & Foundations which are accountable for readiness to engage with the functions
* Responsible to ensure integrity of the product during the deployment
* Plan and track all activities and deliverables related to the cutover readiness for the IT functions in scope
* Assess cutover readiness periodically at pre-defined checkpoints
* Report on the status of deliverables and progress against plan which feeds into the ITSM and wider program Governance model
* Highlight any risks and issues observed. Work with Project management to assist with tracking & escalation of issues
* Monitor and drive issue resolution and escalate out of line situations
* Produce weekly monthly report to highlight risks, key decisions & progress
* Enable decision making and direction setting
* Directly manage and take responsibility for assigned team members and provide knowledge, guidance and consultancy
* Represent the Program professionally and provide the public face of the relevant process areas when required
* Work with the wider program teams to enable delivery of the deployment activities
* Work consultatively with stakeholders and retain focus to achieve the deployment schedule
* Support workshops with stakeholders as required
* Commit to and embody company beliefs and values of the company

Key Skills and Experience Required:
============================
Business Experience:
* Profound knowledge in IT Project Management methodologies and best practices with at least 8+ years' experience
* Successful project cycle(s) in delivering/leading IT deployments
* Keen awareness & good practice approaches for IT deployments of enterprise scale
* Experience of taking ownership for delivery of IT deployments with minimal management support
* Track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
* Working business knowledge of consulting services (including working with offshore development teams)
* Educated to a minimum of higher national diploma level
* Service Management IT industry knowledge
* Knowledge of ServiceNow of advantage
