Transition Manager Unified Communication with profound VoIP skills wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Know-how in transition and transformation as well as project coordination
  • Background in the area of Unified communication, network, video, SIP Trunking and IP-telephony (design and engineering)
  • Expertise in the area of Microsoft Unified Communication and Cisco Unified Communication products
  • Experience with IP Telephony/VoIP as well as IP Networking in a project or support role, 1+ years preferred
  • Knowledge of technical documentation specification, review and updates is necessary, experience with Agile methodology ie Scrum is advantageous
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Being responsible for transition and implementation of services and products within the Unified Communication Domain
  • Transitioning of existing contract obligations and tasks to a new provider without service interruptions
  • Delivering and coordinating Unified Communication initiatives following the client's agile methodology standards (Scrum)
  • Interacting with and managing stakeholder
  • Working with the technical staff, product owner, scrum master, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all activities are tracked and delivered
