For our client in Basel we are looking for a Senior Project Manager for an 8-month project.

Duration: till

Location: Basel

Workload: 70%

ATTP ("advanced track & trace for Pharma") is considered large, highly complex, cross functional project. ATTP is an SAP product that replaces the central system of serialization and track & trace, meaning the solution to control serial numbers assignment and serialization events management.

The ATTP project will be impacting the following key areas:

. Packaging Sites Serialization interfaces
. CMO serialization interfaces
. Internal Warehouses
. External Warehouse Interfaces
. Regulatory reporting related to serialization
. Serialization Master Data
. ERPs: APAC ERP, NA ERP, Harmony and Forward

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Develop the project plan:
. Develop and maintaining a detailed project plan
. Develop and communicate the project governance: roles and responsibilities, decision making process and authority levels for decisions
. Keep the Project Charter updated in line with the approved scope changes
2. Manage the project stakeholders:
. Liaise with, and updates progress to, project SC/senior management. Informs variances from Plan and proposes corrective actions
. Create Organizational Change Impact Assessment in order to define a plan to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
. Engage the users, and other groups as necessary, to discuss and design the changes in business processes, organizational structure or solutions
3. Manage the project team:
. Provide leadership to the Project Team: trigger motivation, keep all team members informed, support, settle conflicts, etc.
. Recruit project staff and consultants
. Make sure all resources are available
. Assign deliverables to Team Members
. Manage the project conflicts
4. Manage the project scope:
. Sets the Scope and expectations; defines target metrics and timeframe
. Establish change control procedure for changes in the project
5. Manage the project risk:
. Record and manage project risks and issues, propose corrective actions when needed and escalating where necessary
6. Manage the project budget:
. Estimate project costs, internal and external costs, reviewing in a regular basis in order to have an accurate latest budget estimation.
. Keep track of actual costs vs. planned costs
. Keep project SC informed about budget evolution and request changes to SC if required
7. Manage the project delivery:
. Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan
. Monitor project progress and performance
. Work closely with the final customer in order to ensure successful project delivery, handover and proper project closure

Must Haves:
. 8 to 10 years of experience in project management (similar projects highly preferred)
. Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
. Ability to easily interact with IT, define common governance, framework, goals and build project environment with excellent collaboration between Business and IT project team
. Good level of understanding of Warehouse and DC (Diabetes Care) processes is a must and how they are impacted by serialization and aggregation is highly desired
. Excellent negotiation skills as with ATTP, the project aims to implement standard solution as much as possible, which can have high impact on current business processes (eg warehouses)
. Customer-facing experience (will need to build relationships with wide range of stakeholders, including all project contributors)
. Pharma experience
Nice to Haves:
+++ Project Management certification (eg PMP, Prince2, PPM)
+++ Overall knowledge of Serialization and Aggregation process & the impact across Supply Chain
++ German is a plus
