For our client in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Technical Writer for a 6-month project with 20-40% workload.

We are looking for a responsible candidate who will review and prepare necessary documentation and presentation materials within our new project. The project name is GARA data analytic 2.0. The project finishes the entry gate and is now in phase of baseline. This project consist of several sub projects to build data analytic solutions and provide high quality service to enable the GARA teams to identify risk, issues, findings, generate insights and create value.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
. Preparing necessary documentation and presentation materials
. Support project activities
. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
. Probably also some project communication and change management support
Must Haves:
. +2 years of experience in similar roles
. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & PPT
. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
. Ability to work on tight deadlines
Nice to Haves:
+++ Native/Fluent English speaker highly preferred
++ Marketing & Communication background
++ Ideally understanding basic terms of pharmaceuticals, legal, finance and IT
++ Ideally project documentation experience in the pharmaceutical industry
