On behalf of one of our clients in the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for several Senior Business Analysts with several years of experience in Data Management projects in the financial industry. The professionals will join one of the major strategic programs running in the company on a global level in the area of Data Integration and Data Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing complex analysis tasks in the area of data management
- Capturing requirements from the business and IT data governance teams
- Documenting the results and discussing them with different stakeholders
- Proposing new best practices around data governance standards and functions
- Supporting the project with other tasks
Ideal Profile:
- Strong recent background in Business Analysis functions
- Solid experience in the financial industry, preferably in insurance or re-insurance
- Background in Master Data Management (MDM)/Data Governance/Information Management projects
- Excellent data analysis and data modelling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, good listener and able to help others
- Fluent English, German would be an advantage
