Position goals:
- Ensure that the MyVendors implementation project delivers the desired outcomes to the required standard of quality
- Ensure the project is completed within the specified constraints of time, cost and scope
- Plan and co-ordinates the efforts of all team members
- Key stakeholders are identified, assessed and engaged accordingly
- Project risk and issues are identified early on and addressed effectively
Main tasks/activities:
- End to end project management
- Ensure that the project as a whole produces the required products, to the required standard of quality to enable the benefits to be achieved
- Ensure that the project is completed within the specified constraints of time, cost and scope
- Ensure that key stakeholders are identified and managed
- Monitor and reports overall project progress and performance to the appropriate bodies (Sponsor, Project Steering Board, etc.)
- Ensure that changes to scope, cost, schedule, benefits etc. are appropriately managed, reported and approved
- Plan the project (schedule, budget, ressource) and agree the plan with the respective stakeholder
- Manage project resources (staff, budget, infrastructure)
- Manage day-to-day delivery of the project
- Manage risks, issues and corrective actions
- Manage the main project vendor and vendor performance
- Ensure the quality of the project outputs meets stated quality objectives
- Ensures the project is formally closed upon completion
- Ensure that the project is compliant with the appropriate standards
Position requirements:
- Project Management (proven track record)
- Implementation of SaaS solutions
- Experience in Financial Services industry (preferred)
- Procurement experience (preferred)
- Experience in with governance, risk and compliance platforms (preferred)
- People Change Management (preferred)
