For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a Reagent Development Engineer to start on 02 Apr, 2018Job Description
• Evaluation of the chemical stability of the formulations, and compatibility with sensor materials
• Close cooperation with system engineering, system analytics and system testing teams
• Establishing and maintaining collaborations with other teams in Roche Diagnostics and with external partners
• Analysis of reagents and materials in external laboratories according to the standards evaluation of test results
• Data analysis; timely and efficient documentation of test results; preparation of test plans, test reports
• Technical project management; coordination of time plans, deliverables, tasks
Must Haves
• Master or PhD in Chemistry or Material Science or Material Engineering
• Experience in the development of chemical formulations; expert in chemistry
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with chemical analytical methods
• Technical skills to work in the chemical laboratory (solution preparations, reagent testing)
• Good writing skills, proficiency in technical writing
• Initial project management skills
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft project
• English - Advanced ; German - Good
