Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in der Region CH - Zug, suchen wir per 01 Apr, 2018 oder nach Vereinbarung einen Project ManagerAufgabenbeschreibung
• You support the project setup (e.g. project start form, scope management, stakeholder management), project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closure
• You manage project information to support project teams (e.g. project steering board, etc.) and decision-making
• You handle Project- and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)
• You guide, manage and track preparation for program milestone reviews and manage the preparation of the consolidated program status Reports
• You define and implement reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• You enable and support Program Risk Management
• You provide aligned and common communication structure
Musskriterien
• 5 or more years of experience in IT, Product , Project- and Program Management across different Businesses, Functions, Sites and Countries and addressing complex technical and non-technical topics at various management levels
• Proven experience and deep understanding in technical Program Project aspects
• Knowledge in modern IT environments like cloud based services and DevOps environments
• Fluent in English
Wunschkriterien
• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2)
