Data Expert wanted with profound master data knowledge for our Freiburg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree with 3+ years' experience in a supply chain role with focus on material master management
- Relevant working experience with master data setup and related ERP flows as well as strong understanding of Supply Chain, know-how of IRIS is a plus
- Proficient project management and communication skills with proven results in cross functional and multi-cultural projects
- Professionalism in collaborating with business stakeholders to initiate and implement process changes
- Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Ensuring relevant data migration and related material master as well as GEC products for SAP deployment with integration from Legacy systems (JDE/SAP)
- Handling SCM data objects, production load and cutover activities during data mock loads
- Supporting Performance Quality Testing (PQT) prescreening with master data preparation and white list preparation for all testing data
- Assisting Business Champion Knowledge Transfer and preparing materials and training support as required
- Recording and reporting progress against plan and supporting ERP team members in all areas, focusing on the business aspects
- Driving Change Management processes for assigned responsibilities and collaborating closely with various business stakeholder groups
- Guiding business decisions like business process changes, master data, business scenarios or organisational set-up as well as liaising with business stakeholders and process owners
