L1 Support wanted for our Freiburg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Degree in Commerce studies, equivalent school diploma in finance/accounting or relevant working experience
- 1+ year background in account payable department, preferably shared services or customer service
- Competency of efficient and timely resolution of requests and phone calls
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken along with at least 2 other European languages
Your tasks:
- Managing calls and solving respective requests in the R2P area
- Fulfilling L1 support for any enterprise asset in scope of the EU FSC, including SRM, eSHOP, VIM and Basware IP
- Providing eTravel support for markets in the EU FSC scope
- Initiating invoice processing corrections according to stakeholder input as well as collaborating with all R2P streams
- Training other team members and onboard new joiners
