PMO/Junior PM (80-100%)
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated PMO/Junior PM. For this position based in Zurich, our client is looking for an English-speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Scope of work:
- Responsible for creating project documentation and reporting to the team
- Supporting the senior management with preparing presentations
- Engaging proactively with project managers and stakeholders
- Responsible for defining and developing the communications strategy
- Responsible for holding team meetings and contributing to the flow of communication within the project team
Skills:
- Proven track record of first PMO experience and knowledge of project management
- Very good presentation skills
- Experienced in MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CA Clarity - OnePPM)
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- high affinity towards IT solutions
- experience in financial services is an advantage
- English is a must, German is a plus
