For our client in Basel, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator, for a 9 months contract.
Workload: 100%

Duration: 01.04.2018 - 31.12.2018
Job Purpose:
Help team in managing projects related to transferring brands within the company
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
- Help in planning and organizing the project, timeliness and completion of tasks
- Update of the Global Tracker (Marketing Authorization Submissions/Approval, Distribution Switches Completion, Graphs and KPI's maintenance)
- Maintain control of progress, quality and provide communication to key stake holders.
- Report project status, and bring up issues where help is needed to work-stream lead.
- Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Prepare Cut-over plan milestones Change request and lead internal alignment meeting for evaluation/decision making. Communicate decision of change requests to stake holders according to RACI Matrix.
- Validate SKU's against Notification Of Introduction/tracker tool/assortment list of the countries
- Ensure assortment for each country is up to date/be point of contact to data management group
- Participate in workshops for Cut-over plan and Distribution Switches
- Pro-active follow-up with the countries to be switched in the future to ensure implementation according to plan
- Provide assistance to Life Cycle Implementation Experts, Project Managers and Brand Leads as needed.
- Update and maintain COP Change Control Process and Change Request Form
Candidate Profile:
Work experience and technical skills:
- Several years of experience with Supply Chain Management
- Fundamental knowledge of project management methodology
- Experience with managing/supporting Cut-Over Projects
- Understanding of dependencies between Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Countries
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Experience with Tableau (Optional)
Education background:
- Bachelor Master degree with in business/technical area or comparable
Soft Skills:
- Academic thinking and working level
- Autonomy: must work mostly independently with technical and management coaching as sense or prioritization
- Be able to deal with complex situation with high level of flexibility
- Be comfortable working with people across the globe
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence teams
