For our banking client in Zurich we are currently looking for a Supporter - Operational Incidents.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 weeks
Location: Zurich
Main tasks:
- Support and act as the day-to-day contact for incoming application forms for operational incidents.
- Answer to incoming phone calls and monitor incoming e-mails, with support of the team head.
- Check and forward the daily booking applications to the finance unit and monitor their booking.
- Respond to simpler type of queries raised by e-mail, on instruction of the team head, capture cases in the database.
- Check to ensure that regular and small incident cases are reported and processed in line with the respective policies and guidelines
- Execute special or ad-hoc tasks on behalf of the team head.
Ideal candidate shall bring:
- Commercial or banking apprenticeship or education in banking or finance
- Knowledge of Private Banking, Risk Management or Finance is preferred
- Motivated, diligent and discrete
- Team player, service orientated
- Attentive to details and quality
- Very good communication skills
- Understand of the various banking businesses and products, specific situations and incidents, respond to the requesting parties for standard small cases.
- German and English
