For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Specialist (5148)
The ideal candidate will act as application owner for ServiceNow, to do a review of the implementation, prepare documentation, make changes where required, ensure correct framework and operating model is set up, and interact with third party vendors.
Your Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in ServiceNow (either as an IT user across many modules or as an implementer/administrator)
- Experience in Application/System Management
- Technical background – general understanding of Application, Server, Network
- Strong analytical and structured way of thinking
- Fluent in English, German is a big plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the ServiceNow Implementation across the company and all processes
- Review the API implementation and coordinate the fixing of bugs
- Implement configuration management upload and update with the Cloud Service Provider
- Support to define release procedures with the Cloud Service Provider
- Review Operations Manual and bring up to standard required
- Support in the reporting initiative
- Support to understand, review and define all required SLAs
- Support review Security incident management process in ServiceNow
