For our life science client in Basel we are currently looking for a
ServiceNow Testing Manager
Start date: 01.03.2018
End date: 31.12.2018
Workload: 100%
Location: Basel
Main Tasks:
- Developing and approving the testing strategy together with project management.
- Planning, co-ordination and execution of Test & Acceptance phases throughout the project ServiceNow implementation
- Ensure testing concepts are aligned, integrated and uniform
- Delivery and execution of testing plans with viable specifications, processing of test results
- Testing reports to highlight risks, key decisions & progress
- Assist with tracking & escalation of issues, monitor and drive issue resolution and escalate out of line situations
- Training to the project team and coordination of a large team executing the testing
Ideal candidate shall bring:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management as an IT Testing Manager
- Profound knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar architectural platforms
- Experience executing IT testing concepts, successful project delivery
- Experienced in taking ownership of IT Testing delivery with minimal supervision
- University degree, higher education
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organised, stress resistant
- Team player
