Main tasks:
Supporting other geographies & aligning processes for new launches in Europe
Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, to ensure timely and impactful launches
Managing and implementing supply solutions for patent expiry D1 launches
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Work with management to prioritize project requirements to align with company and organizational goals
Create innovative ways to launch products while continuously improving experiences and go to market strategies
Leading and maintaining the discussion with external suppliers to successful launch on time
Lead or participate in special projects in the area of Supply Chain
Requirements profile:
Bachelor's degree in natural sciences/business administration or related field and some years of professional experience in implementing and measuring effective product to market launch processes with additional commercial knowledge
At least 2 years of experience in project management and project planning systems, in pharma or life science industry.
Ability to quickly develop a project plan and successfully present it, align necessary resources and execute in a well-organized fashion with attention to details.
Knowledge of the European pharmaceutical market
Ability to work well within a team as well as cross-functionally
Strong problem-analysis and decision-making skills, solution-driven, high level of assertiveness and stakeholder orientation, responsible and structured work style, very good communication skills excellent ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and hierarchical levels in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, additional language would be of advantage (German, Italian, French, Spanish)
