Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Create training documentation of our CRM solution salesforce.com, especially in the area of call center and field service
* Constantly update and create new documentation related to our monthly software release process
* Create training documentation related to selected global projects and initiatives
* Closely work with business process managers globally to understand the changes of the tool/new features and to translate them into appealing training documentation
* Closely work with your team colleague in Indianapolis, USA and your team lead in Switzerland-
* Support the team in designing and implementing new training methods (especially digital tools, eg WalkMe)
* Lead sub-projects within the REXIS service team, especially in the area of communication, change management and training
Required Skills:
* Min. 2 years of experience as a training developer
* Experienced in creating training/educational documentation for software products, especially cloud solutions and apps
* Extensive experience in working with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Captivate
* Strong experience in MS Office tools
* Ability to travel about 10% within Europe
Nice to have
* Experience in digital training solutions (eg WalkMe) is a strong plus
* Experience with the platform salesforce.com is a strong plus
* Experience in project management is a plus
Education: Bachelor in Management, Communication, Education or Graphic Design
Language: English fluent and other language like German/Spanish is a nice to have
