German Speaking Senior PMO – Securities / Settlement (5123)

Your Qualifications:

- Multiple years of Senior PMO experience on program level within the banking environment
- Securities and Settlement knowledge preferred
- Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- Preferred PMI Certification
- Fluent in German and English

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager using agreed project management methodologies
- Support Project Manager in planning and tracking activities
- Manage SharePoint and set up group meetings and conferences and communicate meeting minutes
- Manage and Track Costs (e.g. timesheets) and Cost Objects in PPM
- Follow and facilitate internal procedures as well as the support of organizing Steering Committee packs, Project Kick-Offs
- Track and Manage PPM in terms of costs and other PPM tasks
