Service Delivery Manager/Mainframe Services wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' working experience in Service Management along with know-how of the ITIL framework, including one or more ITIL V3 Intermediate Certifications
- Strong background in supplier liaison and management and achieving high service levels, within tight cost management guidelines
- Competency of process and technical documentation specification and strength in customer management
- Exposure to risk management and analysis techniques, knowledge of z/OS Mainframe is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Being responsible as first point of contact for day to day business, escalation and customer management
- Supporting the provider in delivering the service according agreed SLA as well as driving internal and 3rd party service review meetings covering performance, SLA achievements, service improvements and quality process
- Dealing with incident management, ensuring high level performance of processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities
- Communicating with stakeholders and taking action if service delivery is not meeting expectations
- Creating operational guidelines and managing proper communications protocol for incidents and ensuring proper root cause analysis is performed
