Supply Chain Data and Performance Lead

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Supply Chain Data and Performance Lead to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
Under the overall management of the Head of Supply Chain, you will participate in the design and planning of data collection activities and data project initiatives within the supply chain department.
Activities will include:
- Lead Supply Chain Data Collection Activities
- Lead Supply Chain Project with University of Oslo team on
development - Advise on Data Management Best Practices within the Client as they
relate to Supply Chain - Collaborate with External Partners
Your responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities include:
Supply Chain Data Collection
- Lead data collection activities of Secretariat level Supply Chain operations
- Lead data collection activities of In-Country supply chain performance KPIs for designated countries and strategic objectives to report on key metrics
- Work with IT to integrate internal and external data into corporately-supported systems
- With team, contribute to process reviews to improve data collection,
- KPI reporting activities
- Engage with partners involved in conducting supply chain data related
initiatives (eg USAID, GAVI, WHO, BMGF, IPs) to coordinate where possible - Participate in international meetings, conferences, and country visits as they relate to above activities
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- BSc Degree - Math, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analysis
- At least 5 years experience in one of the following fields:
Supply Chain Management
Logistics
Statistics + Public Health
BI
- Knowledge of software and tools for data collection, analytics, visualization, (Ex, SQL, Excel, Tableau is required).
- Knowledge of principles and best practices of data management
- Knowledge of data used to effectively manage and analyze supply chain performanc
- Project Management
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Set clear expectations among stakeholders
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
- Data Reporting and analytics competencies: Collection, Analysis, Visualization, Dissemination
- Understanding of "Big Data"
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
