Project Manager ServiceNow with wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Extensive experience with Project management
- Working experience with change, release and deployment ITIL processes
- Familiarity with MVP as well as with the Agile setting
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow or different ITSM tools
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Managing Agile and SCRUM-Projects of Stream 3-5 as well as analysing business requirements
- Maintaining the Product backlog as well as backlog grooming
- Performing WBS through Kanban together with the Task owners
- Collaborating with the team to plan task management as well as communicating with the PO and the Project Customers on Sprint Backlog (2-week-sprints)
- Reviewing products along with conducting Sprint Retrospectives
