Application Specialist with profound Appway-based application knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in computer science with knowledge in software development and customisation processes
- Several years of professional experience and proven expert knowledge in front technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax and XML
- Proficiency in Business Process Management concepts and Appway-based applications, 6.3 and above as well as Appway Studio, ideally with certification
- Understanding of Client Relationship Management and Client Data Management systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, methodological thinking with the capability to analyse complex problems and a good overview on technology and IT development
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Maintaining IT Service and documentation, requirements backlog, Lifecycle management and IT Service Roadmap
- Monitoring and improving system performance and services
- Providing 1st and 2nd Level Support along with IT Service Continuity Management and assisting in Disaster Recovery tests
- Performing environment management in coordination with projects, Test and Production environments and supporting the creation of solution designs
- Supporting IT Service Owner in life cycle planning as well as defining and managing applications and Appway Studio
- Ensuring the training for support staff and technical management applications and defining event management and instrumentation of applications to generate meaningful events
