For our international client based in Mezzovico, Experis is currently looking for a Junior Controller for a contracting position until end of September with a possibility for an extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and analysis comparing actuals to budget/latest estimates
- Interpreting variances to develop appropriate corrective actions and to understand trends and impacts
- Identifying and effectively communicating any trends and impacts from analyses to business partners
- Serving as an expert on standard cost development, driving the business plan process to establish new standards and delivering spend analyses
- Developing and publishing cost savings scorecards and other ad hoc reporting
- Preparing net cost change analyses
- Continuously identifying opportunities for improving finance processes; partnering with the site leadership
- Team and colleagues to assess and implement recommendations in a timely and effective manner
You bring for this role the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equal is required, preferably in Business/Economics/Finance
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Italian is a real strong asset. German would be an advantage.
- A minimum 3+ years' experience in Finance and Controlling
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in SAP and Excel. Successfully navigates through complex, multiply SAP systems and easily finds ways to get the needed information
- Strong team player that enjoys working with multiple business partners
- Result and performance driven: Takes personal ownership and full accountability for results
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines with proven experience in meeting goals
- Excellent attention to detail paired with timeliness
- Proven communication skills; concise in oral and written
