For a long-term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedReporting Analyst - Workforce Management / VBA / Excel (5088)
The ideal candidate will be working in a shared support function between Workforce Management and Workforce Strategy. The Workforce Management Team is an integral part of the global IT function that underpins the Bank's corporate reputation and is responsible for implementing best in class applications capable of receiving quality data in a timely manner. The objectives are to drive architectural simplification and reduce complexity, resulting in a stronger delivery capability.
Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- 1+ years in an international & complex organization
- Advanced VBA and Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
- Pragmatic communication approach towards senior management
- Proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills
- A problem solver with a pro-active way of thinking and excellent communication skills
- Very good English skills (minimum B2)
Your Responsibilities:
- Reporting & analysis of existing reports and communication of output to the various stakeholders
- Demand management and hiring support (permanent and contractors)
- Deputy for monthly headcount forecast end to end process and for monthly core reporting
- Risk & Finance IT Location Strategy relevant BAU tasks and projects
- Special strategic ad hoc projects support
- Data collection for workforce strategy planning & quarterly reporting to central Group IT COO
