For one of our clients in the financial services sector in Lausanne, we are searching for experienced Systems Integration Project Manager/Business Analyst for 12 month contract to bring together various sub-systems into one new system and ensure they function/operate as one. The position will give the opportunity to gain experience in a system integration project in a highly successful financial services institution where you can have a direct impact on the success of the project and gain valuable experience at the same time.
Key responsibilities
- Project responsibility for a complex system integration project
- Develop and execute project plans which include schedule and resource forecasting.
- Ensure the alignment and coordination of stakeholders by building rapport internally and externally
- Manages project activities related to organizational change management (development, execution, implementation etc.)
- Ensures adherence to established processes and policies
- Collaborating, addressing business problems; adhering to established priorities, deadlines, and expectations Identifying/recommending ways to address improvement opportunities
- Independent supervision of the project
- Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and IT implementation within the project
Ideal Profile
- Higher education in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or other relevant degree
- 5+ years of proven IT Project Management experience in successfully integrating systems
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, technical flair
- Effective Stakeholder Management, experience in facing Senior business stakeholders
- Experience in presenting verbal and written communications to executive level customers
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
- Fluent in English
