Training / Program Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client. Your experience / skills: University Degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or equivalent education 2 4 years of working experience in providing professional development as well as in building collaborations between diverse groups and organizations and multicultural populations Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks as well as to follow through with training team members to achieve group and individual goals Being enthusiastic, dedicated and focused on providing top quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs Excellent knowledge of MS Office with focus on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must Strong detail oriented, organizational and outstanding decision making skills along with being extremely proactive and responsible Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Being responsible for all logistics and operations for a number of training programs and supporting program managers so the programs run smoothly from start to finish Collaborating with program managers and external vendors to ensure that all materials are kept up to-date as well as communicating effectively to attendees and stakeholders about program details Analyzing the effectiveness of a program and proactively making suggestions for improvement, as well as participating in program improvement discussions with program managers Maintaining an in depth knowledge of the programs and evaluating existing operations processes for efficiency gains Start: ASAP Duration: 6 MM++ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH 12170 Does that sound interesting?
