Beschreibung

Project Assistant

  • To achieve business requests;
  • Support business operation by providing day-to-day service to employees in different areas such as office, fleet management, accommodation, SIM card management, meeting, event, etc.
  • Responsible for compliance on the internal Administration Management Process by ensure the standard and professional actions and outputs from the whole Administration Team.
  • Help for acceptance and clarification process regarding the above mentioned duties, resource searching, suppliers' negotiation, contract reviewing, resource arrangement, management payment
  • Establish statistics and cost analysis routinely to be sure that administration work operates at a reasonable cost and satisfaction level

Requirements:

  • Commercial education (KV) or similar
  • Experience in administration is a must
  • Flexibility and willingness to face challenges
  • Fluency in English is a must, Chinese and German are preferred
  • Diligent, efficient, organized and an excellent communicator
  • Proficiency in the MS Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pleasure to work within a multicultural environment
