Our client, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Credit Risk and Change Management topics to drive and coordinate strategic projects in the company Risk Change area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a Business Analyst on various strategic change-the-bank projects in the Credit Risk space
- Liaising with credit risk and IT delivery stakeholders at different seniority levels and geographic locations
- Eliciting and analysing business requirements
- Writing business requirements documentation (use cases, requirements documentation, etc.)
- Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for opmisation
- Working closely with the testing teams on the definition of test cases
- Driving the delivery of relevant changes in the risk change space
- Ensuring optimal solutions are being proposed and implemented
Ideal Profile:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or a related field of study
- Minimum 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience in the financial sector, preferably in banking
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Credit Risk projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Background in Change Management/Process Management initiatives
- Experience in Regulatory projects would be an advantage
- Comfortable working with stakeholders spread in various locations
- Excellent ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Experience in large-scale projects in leading financial institutions
- Fluent English, German would be a strong advantage
