On behalf of one of our clients, a top tier global bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a Change Leader/Capability Development Lead with at least 5 years of experience in Change Leader/Change Management roles in the financial sector and with strong background in delivering trainings .
Key Responsibilities:
- You will join the Academy of the Center of Competence of the bank which is responsible for process optimization and design across the whole organization in order to ensure Lean Transformations.
- The Academy provides certification, training and knowledge management services
- Deliver Capability Development trainings for various stakeholders, including top management
- Train the local trainers to align the training approach across Transformation Teams
- Coach Process Excellence teams
- Establish and maintain a close network of the regional and functional transformation agents and leaders
- Some travelling will be required (up to 20%)
Ideal Profile:
- Relevant Academic Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a Change Leader/Change Manager/Transformation Leader Roles or equivalent
- Solid experience in conducting trainings and presentations
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the areas: Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Optimization, etc.
- Experience with TOMs/BPM (Business Process Management)/Process Automation topics
- Experience with Project Management
- Background in the financial industry
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English, German would be nice-to-have
