Continuous Improvement/Lean Coach - Banking - Zurich

My Client is a Bank based in Zurich, Switzerland in need of Change Manager to support the internal training of their Change Agents.
This financial institution needs a Continuous Improvement/Lean Coach in Zurich for an internal training department as they are currently developing individual capacity development curriculum - predominantly focusing on delivery of training within the organisation and for their internal clients. The bank is looking to then permanently employ the Internal Continuous Improvement/Lean Coach to continue development of the program and deliver standardised training and coaching to ensure the tactical improvement within the institution.
As the Internal Continuous Improvement/Lean Coach in Zurich you will be a key part of delivering individual capability development program in Zurich and all other regions and division within Switzerland.
Essential experience/skills required for this Internal Continuous Improvement/Lean Coach:
- Several years' experience working in a similar position. (Performance Excellence Specialist, Change Agent, Change Manager, Change Specialist, Operations Performance Agent, Operations Excellence Manager, Continuous Improvement Engineer)
- Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
- Previous experience in training/couching delivery.
- Ability to speak confidently to senior management and stakeholders and run workshops.
- Experience in at least two of the following: Lean Six Sigma, Team by Team, Value Stream Optimization, Continuous Improvement.
- Project Management experience is an asset
- Good interpersonal skills.
