Data Analyst/Reporting Specialist
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Data Analyst/Reporting Specialist with multi-dimensional data analysis experience. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
Role:
- Support the Workday Learning Implementation through:
- Data management
- Reporting
- Data analysis
- SAP E-learning management
- SAP continuing education credit management
- SAP LSO support and service management
- Scorecard reporting (reporting across all activities: leadership, RM certification, BCRC mandatory, coursera, external education, professional skills training etc.)
- Scorecard reporting (mandatory training, x-border exams) (complex data manipulation and multi-source reporting in MIS, SAP and Excel)
- Scorecard enquiries (from RMs, from legal, from MIS team)
- SCORM package production transfer
- SCORM package quality assurance
- Ad hoc reporting (local reports such as Italy report, calls from employees checking or challenging their training history and results etc.)
- JIRA incident management (categorization, root cause analysis, escalation, etc.)
- Data conversion (from SAP data model to WD data schema + data cleansing)
Skills:
- Advanced excel (vlookup, match, index, pivot tables )
- Multi-dimentional data analysis (SSRS, Tableau, SAP or equivalent tool/software)
Preferable:
- SAP
- Learning management system (SAP, Moodle, Totara, Saba Cornerstone, or equivalent)
- E-learning authoring tool (articulate storyline or Adobe captivate) and experience working with SCORM
- Service management tools (JIRA, or equivalent ticket tool)
