Customer Experience Consultant
12 month initial contract, with option to extend
Our client is undergoing a global transformation project to enhance their internal CRM and deploy it upon a new Cloud infrastructure.
The customer is at the centre of the new CRM design and as such we are searching for Customer Experience consultant to help deliver this
As the Customer Experience Consultant, based in the Zurich offices you will be responsible for:
- Analyse, map and improve the customer contact points from a business process and a technical platform perspective
- Analyse current, historic and future demands to anticipate how a future state solution can be designed
- Working closely with the Data Analyst and technical resources to bring this to life, always keeping the customer in mind
Required skills/experience:
- Strong commercial experience as a Customer Experience Analyst, or having demonstrable experience in mapping customer journeys with commercial clients
- A good knowledge of digital solutions, methods and models
- A strong technology background/understanding including UX, UI and CX
- Experience with customer data or journeys
- Fluency in German is a significant advantage
