NextLink is an IT Consultancy that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 year.
We are currently looking for an Project Assistant (HCM) to work for our final client in Basel, Switzerland
General information:
- Start date: ASAP
- Work location: Basel
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: Possible, up to 1 day per week, prior approval needed.
- Travelling: Not required
Tasks & Responsibilities:
The project is currently busy finalizing the last parts of the test-phase and need support with closure of those. Mainly we are organizing centrally data generation, preparing test-statistics, status overview presentation. After the test-phases the project will start with a dry-run of the cut-over. Here also support for the designated cut-over manager is required to manage the complex tasks and keep on top of the complex schedule.
For the real cut-over implementing of learnings into the cut-over plan from the dry-run is required. The candidates should support the cut-over manager in this activity. Also here a close support of the cut-over manager is needed.
Must Haves:
- 5 to 7 years of experience as Project Assistant and/or Project Coordinator (must be visible in the last 5 to 7 years)
- Can-do attitude
- Pro-active approach
- Okay with ambiguity and self-management
- Okay with stressful times
- Fluent in English speaking
Nice to Haves:
- Former working experience in HR/IT projects in the pharma industry
- Experience (ideally with HR/IT)
- General knowledge of test management and cut-over management
- Experienced in Google Suite Experienced in using Smartsheet (PM tool)
