PMO Banking with profound CA PPM and MS Office knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years' experience with PMO or in a project role ideally in financial sector
- Competency of using PPM Clarity tool
- Know-how of supporting large programs with PMO
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Languages: fluent English written and spoken, German understanding is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Performing PMO support to create regulatory reporting program for the Finance, Risk and Bank divisions
- Delivering status reports on senior-level to the relevant operating and steering committees
- Conducting several program stream status and progress updates along with delivery-, RAID- and action-management
- Collaborating closely with project groups, IT, senior managers and the central program team
- Managing program and project documentation including project deliverables, action logs and tracking of risks
