Beschreibung

Change Process Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Academic degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years' working experience in Change Process Management, Process Optimization or related field, preferably in financial services
  • IT background with expertise in agile projects and project management
  • Knowledge in robotics process automation and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Delivering initiatives, including optimising projects and target operating model design
  • Leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation and implementing solutions and ensuring sustainable change
  • Collaborate with Digital engagement leads and solution design specialists
  • Coach client teams on tools and methods and help line managers
