Change Process Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Academic degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years' working experience in Change Process Management, Process Optimization or related field, preferably in financial services
- IT background with expertise in agile projects and project management
- Knowledge in robotics process automation and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Delivering initiatives, including optimising projects and target operating model design
- Leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation and implementing solutions and ensuring sustainable change
- Collaborate with Digital engagement leads and solution design specialists
- Coach client teams on tools and methods and help line managers
