Process Excellence Change Leader - Control Framework (4915)

The ideal candidate will be working in a PEX Team specializing in controls assessments and reviews. PEX is a global team and part of Project Consulting & Business Intelligence; a dynamic team of consulting, innovation and process excellence professionals.

Your Qualifications:

- 8+ years of process excellence / continuous improvement experience in a lead function
- 5+ years experience in the regulatory and compliance environment
- A senior background in external or internal audit, risk management, due diligence, SOX testing or other control work
- Deep understanding of process and control optimization and process excellence toolkit
- Key PEX qualifications e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Lenses or equivalent, and ACA or ACCA
- Proven track record of successful remediation
- The ability to adapt and network across a global organization and present well to senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English written and spoken, German would be a plus

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead the rollout of the new Process Excellence (PEX) Control Framework assessment, which seeks to investigate and optimize controls (efficiency and effectiveness)
- Engage with senior leaders to sell, scope and structure controls assessment work
- Guide and coach the Change Lead through control diagnostics, walkthroughs, workshops and reporting with the aim to identify opportunities for improved control environment
- Ensure Change Leads are excelling through guidance and coaching of the end-to-end lifecycle of a project e.g. planning, delivery and control of a project
- Advise and provide expert guidance on multiple design control related improvement initiatives, using process excellence skills
- Design, drive and coordinate senior messaging to stakeholders
