For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for anJunior Business Analyst / Change Manager - Robotics Process Automation (4907)
The ideal candidate will be collaborating with business subject matter experts, IT partners and Operations production support team to ensure flawless preparation, execution, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions.
Your Qualifications:
-3+ years relevant experience in business analysis and/or a change management background
-Previous experience in or knowledge of Robot Process Automation projects is desirable
-Professional experience within Banking Operation, as well as working experience in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment, would be a helpful asset
-Able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions
-Strong communication and coordination skills and strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
-Fluency in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
Your Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with business subject matter experts, IT partners and Operations production support team to ensure flawless preparation, execution, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions
-Coordinate process optimization and redesign activities to compliment scrum team backlog build-out
-Support requirement specification and user acceptance testing strategy definition for identified robotics solutions
-Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms
