For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProject Officer - Operations Transformation (4891)
You’ll be working in a new Group Operations Transformation team which is currently being mobilized. Our client's team analyzes the way they work and transform through Robotics, workflow solutions, WoW (Ways-of-Working), and production dashboards, with impact on workforce, data, processes and applications/channels.
Your Qualification:
- 5+ years work experience as PMO in the financial services industry
- Highly experienced in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously between Business, IT, Stakeholders and Management
- Experience in workforce and financial planning
- Six Sigma certification is considered a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are required
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables
- Maintain documentation for projects, including tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- Provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
- Coordination between Business, IT, Stakeholders and Management
