SAP Program Manager
My Client is a global consulting firm partnering with major IT/SAP improvement programs for a International client base.
A position exists for a SAP Program Manager for an immediate start to perform the following activities-
To act as the single point of accountability for Service Delivery, to Client.
To authorise all activity between Consultancy & Client.
To be the initial contact for all escalated issues not resolved through normal channels; aiming to resolve all operational and contractual issues together with the Client Service Manager without further escalation.
Wherever and whenever possible resolve all operational and contractual issues unless resolved through normal channels.
Agree service implications of major scope changes.
Managing the operation of the Contract.
Preparing for and managing, Exit Management program, if required.
Management responsibility and accountability for the successful relationship with Client.
Ensure that service quality and targets meet Client's requirements.
Ensure provision of aggregated service reporting to Client on Service Levels, metrics and other management information where appropriate.
Initiate contract renewal and negotiation.
Negotiate contractual and commercial variations.
Ensure that all services are successfully invoiced.
Ensure adherence to contract change procedures.
Review overall performance and health of the Agreement and advice on appropriate actions.
The person should be well versed in working in a distributed delivery model, fluent in English and have experience of handling engagements >2 m Euro per year in size.
