Beschreibung

Change Process Manager Junior with Six Sigma knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Academic degree or equivalent with 3 years' line or project management background, preferably in the financial services industry especially in Wealth Management
  • 5+ years' experience in Change Process Management, Process Optimization, Target Operating Model design, Transformation Management
  • Knowledge and professionalism in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cicero OpenSpan), Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile
  • Confidence of operational processes in the financial services industry with an analytical, communicative and proactive mindset
  • Lean Six Sigma skills and an according certification are mandatory
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Assessing current conditions from 5 different angles Voice of the Customer, Process Efficiency, Metrics & Results, Mindsets & Behaviors and Organization & Skills
  • Solving problems, revising processes and proposing new ways of working with a focus on Continuous Improvement
  • Delivering PEX initiatives which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
  • Implementing solutions and ensuring sustainable change as well as advancing opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
  • Collaborate with Digital PEX engagement leads and solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
  • Mentoring client teams on tools and methods and help line managers with the consistent implementation of solutions
