For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Lead Business Analyst - Risk Reporting / BCBS )
In this role, you will be involved in a part of a major program, which aims to implement the full compliancy with the BCBS 239 rules. The goal of the project is to establish an IT solution, which will be able to show a global bank-wide view of a single customer.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience as a Lead Business Analyst in the financial industry
- Excellent knowledge of business processes, financial products, risk management and regulatory requirements (e.g. FSA Basel II/III; FINMA)
- Experience in risk data implementations as well as profound analytical and problem-solving skills; numerically competent
- Good understanding of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements
- Self-motivated person with experience in handling different streams at the same time
- Proficient in English and fluent in German is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with Project managers, Risk managers, IT managers & testing managers to identify, define and accurately document business requirements
- Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
- Communicates clearly with all stakeholders and demonstrates an understanding of business processes and related issues
- Develops multiple solution options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing
- Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated with requirements gathering, analysis and design
