SCRUM MASTER COACH (Banking, scrum coach, agile, coach, implementation)
BANKING SCRUM MASTER COACH JOB IN ZURICH
A respected international tier 1 banking client are seeking a Scrum Master for a job opportunity on a 12 month contract at their offices in Zurich. This well established bank are transforming their IT delivery from a Waterfall method to a modified Scrum approach. As such they are looking for a Scrum Master to coach the team on through this transformation period, ensuring that the Mainframe teams continue their delivery whilst adapting to Scrum and Agile principles.
As this is a particularly large client with a complex web internally, they aren't able to adapt to strict agile and scrum methodology and are looking for a flexible individual who is able to work to adapt version of Scrum/Agile, and who is able to work with the teams to see this transformation through.
In this Scrum Master job you will ideally bring with you experience in a similar environment and project, as well as speaking German fluently.
Essential Experience/Skills required
Extensive experience as a Scrum Master/Coach, ideally in the implementation of Scrum
Banking experience or at least experience in a similar sized company
German speaking
Mainframe IT experience
