For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedChange Management Specialist - Reporting / BO (4862)
You will be supporting and running the communication and change management activities related to HR R&A (Reporting & Analytics) Technology upgrade program.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in change management
- Excellent knowledge in designing and implementing training schedules related to change
- Preferable understanding of Business Objects or Tableau reporting functionalities
- Good understanding of reporting and analytics technologies and how they impact large organizations
- Effective communication ability to coordinate across various streams internal/external against timelines
- Superb communication skills in English and German is a plus
Your Requirements
- Map stakeholders and their communication needs
- Prepare communication materials and campaigns for stakeholders at all levels of organization – senior HR management, HR Business Partner community and their teams
- Prepare training materials and campaigns for users on using reports and analytics developed on Business Objects Webi 4.1 and Tableau
- Run information sessions for stakeholders
- Run training sessions for end users of new suite of interactive tableau reports
